Most of us continue to look to the past to define possibilities for the future. We go back to a frame of reference in which we were unable to lose weight, and we project that into the present. A belief is nothing more than a feeling of ceryainty about something. We all had beliefs about the world when we were younger that no longer serve us.
Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day to keep the body hydrated.

Ladies when you are in an Aerobic class you need bras that keep the girls still. I perfer to buy my athletic bras a size down. I also wear two at a time. I don't want my girls moving at all. I feel they are secure so i can focus on my workout not my girls flopping all over the place. Have a great workout. Hope this advice helps.

Hi, I'm Robin Clark I am an Aerobic Instructor/ Personal Trainer and recently added licensed Zumba Instructor. I have taught a variety of fitness classes over the years. Kickboxing, step, hi & low impact, water aerobics, wt.training, pilates, and yoga. However, ZUMBA!!! It's a PARTY with high energy, great music, easy to follow choreography. You dont have to know the routine all at once, just keep moving the moves will come. I gurantee you will lose yourself in fun all worries will melt away. Great health comes from the body's ability to digest nutrients and eliminate waste. The purpose of the digestive system is to be sure you digest your foods completely and eliminate wastes naturally. We are constantly exposed to toxins in our air, food, and water as well as in the workplace and at home, plus we generate toxins in our own bodies. These toxins produce irritation and inflammation, adding to the burden on our digestive system. When the digestive system becomes overwhelmed, it is no longer able to adequately perform detoxification functions. If your gastrointestinal (GI) tract is not working correctly, you won't lose weight easily; it will always be an uphill battle. In today's world of processed, refined, and chemically sprayed foods, most people are experiencing mild to severe damage to the GI tract. These industrialized and processed foods are hazards to our bodies, and are wreaking havoc on our ability to obtain nutrition from what we eat. Most doctors say that disease begins in the GI tract. What is Aerobic Exercise? Aerobic Exercise is a physical fitness activity that can be sustained by your body's own natural supply of oxygen and cause your pulse to reach a rate of 70% to 85% of it's capacity then stay there for 20 minutes or longer You can choose your style of aerobic activity such as walking, running, jogging, swimming, or by participating in an aerobic class. I prefer an aerobic class you work all the muscles groups. Once you began an aerobic activity it's crucial to stick with the routine for at least 6months by then you can see the rewarding results of your aerobic activity. How are your New Year resolutions coming? Have you given up, already? If you have fallen off the wagon its ok just get back up and reclaim your resolution. You are not perfect so allow yourself some room to change. Old habits don't just give up and die. NO they fight you every step of the way. Stay Loyal To Your Workout
It really has been a challenge getting back in shape after the holidays. Not to mention in Michigan throughtout the winterr months it's a norm to gain an average of 10 to 15 lbs. of insulation to keep you warm. The holiday pounds and the insulation. Whew, that's a lot of good eating. I enjoyed the freedom thoughtout the holidays to eat what I want. My sisters are excelllent cooks it is my pleasure to endulge myself enjoying their holiday hospitality. Now the holidays are over it's time to get busy shedding those unwanted extra pounds. I have to be honest with you. I gained 15lbs. Another honest moment, I like to be an example to my clients that I am like them. Im not perfect ( nobody's perfect) I too ignore my discipline habits from time to time (during the holidays especially Thanksgiving and X-mas). This year while working out getting myself fit again . My body was in pain Im experiencing muscle aches, tendions, and joint ache. I'm like what is this? Of course the thought came you are getting older this is normal for aging people. I rebuked that thought immediately by saying, " getting older is normal but all this pain is nothing for Yoga to cure". It's time for me to except I no longer have the luxury to have my holidays breaks without exercise and watching what I eat. It's a matter of reevaluating your life. What doesn't work anymore in your life be willing to change. My body is communicating to me help do something different. I don't want to feel this anymore. My advise to myself is to stay loyal to my execise and nutritional routine even thoughtout the winter and holidays. No excuses, learns from your lessons. Love ya, Robin
